QUESTIONS

  • All classes and sessions can be booked through our website at soulscapepilates.com or directly in our booking app 'Soulscape Studio'. We recommend booking in advance as class sizes are intimate and often fill quickly.

  • Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you don’t have a pair, they’re available for purchase at the studio. Comfortable, form-fitting workout attire is best so instructors can safely support your alignment.

  • We recommend beginning with our Foundations classes — perfect for newcomers or anyone wanting a refresher on the basics. Once you feel comfortable, you can explore our other class styles to deepen your practice.

  • Doors open 10 minutes before class begins and lock 5 minutes after class starts to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted experience. Please arrive early enough to get settled.

  • We ask for at least 8 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a class being deducted from your package or a $25 fee charged for members.

  • Yes! We offer 1:1 private sessions as well as semi-privates for 2–4 people. These are perfect for personalized attention, building confidence, or working on specific goals.

  • Beyond Pilates, Soulscape offers sound baths, Reiki, meditation, and breathwork to help you restore balance and reconnect with your mind and body.

  • Yes — free parking is available on-site for all clients.

  • Yes! We’re proud to support holistic practitioners, teachers, hospice nurses, government employees, first responders, and current students with 15% off class packs or memberships. (**Founder prices excluded from discounts)

  • We encourage you to consult your physician before starting any exercise program. Please let your instructor know before class so modifications can be offered. Private sessions are often a great way to ease back in.
