FORMAT 01
Foundational
Build a strong Pilates foundation with a focus on alignment, core engagement, and mindful movement. Modifications are offered to make exercises accessible or slightly more challenging.
FORMAT 02
Sculpt
Take your practice to the next level with more dynamic sequences that sculpt, tone, and strengthen. Beginners and those needing gentler options are always welcome with guided modifications.
FORMAT 03
Stretch + Flow
Release tension, increase flexibility, and find your rhythm in this mindful movement class. Gentle stretches are combined with flowing sequences to awaken your body, calm your mind, and leave you feeling balanced and renewed. Suitable for all levels.
FORMAT 04
Restore
Take a pause from the daily rush and reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit. Our restorative sessions — including sound baths, breathwork, and meditation — help you release stress, reset your energy, and leave you feeling balanced, grounded, and renewed.
